‘Chemin & Sanctuaire’ designs and facilitates spaces of presence, reflection and alignment for leaders, teams and organisations.

 

As the founder of 'Chemin & Sanctuaire' based in the South of France, I work in English and French: offering coaching, workshops and custom-made retreats for international and multicultural contexts: particularly for organisations seeking depth, clarity and meaning beyond traditional leadership formats.

 

I am a native English speaker, and speak fluent French too. Having studied in the UK and China, and travelled extensively, I’m now fortunate to live in the South of France in Nice, but continue to work in an international context: providing bespoke retreats to global business networks: curating experiences here on the Riviera and in Provence, but also further afield.

I always work closely with teams and specialists on site, to carefully craft an experience that is steeped in local culture, and also inspiring for global owners and managers.

 

‘Chemin & Sanctuaire’ was born from a simple intuition: leaders need sanctuaries too:

moments that take them out of their day to day business,

and spaces where performance gives way to presence, and clarity can emerge without pressure.

My work is informed by many years of accompanying leaders and organisations through moments of transition, complexity and re-alignment: specifically helping them slow down, reconnect to what matters, and make grounded decisions.

 

Together with my team, we work at the intersection of:

  • leadership and executive coaching

  • facilitation and collective intelligence

  • retreat design and immersive learning experiences​

 

Below are a few examples of immersive leadership experiences we have designed and facilitated in different cultural and geographical contexts. Each was created in close dialogue with the client, responding to specific organisational, human and strategic needs.

Learning expedition - Guatemala

Conscious Leadership & Becoming an Agent of Change

In Guatemala, we designed a five-day bespoke leadership journey bringing together 23 leaders from as many different countries.

At the heart of this journey was a shared inquiry:

How do we become true agents of change —
for ourselves, our organizations, our communities,
and the ecosystems in which we operate?

Set close to wild nature and immersed in the ancestral culture of Guatemala, the experience invited participants to slow down, reconnect, and listen: to the land, to others, and to themselves.

The journey unfolded as a living dialogue between inner transformation and collective responsibility, enriched by learning collaborations with local social entrepreneurs and innovators. These encounters grounded reflection in reality, and anchored leadership in service, humility, and action.

Immersive Leadership retreat - India

Conscious Leadership, Sustainability & Inner Transformation

In India, we curated a multi-day leadership journey between New Delhi and Neemrana Fort, in Rajasthan, bringing together international leaders to explore conscious leadership in a time of global transition.

Set within a culture of ancient wisdom and vivid contrasts, the journey invited participants to slow down and ask essential questions:
from what level of consciousness do we lead, and what kind of future are we shaping through our choices?

The experience unfolded as a parallel journey, inner and collective, exploring leadership as presence rather than power, and sustainability as a matter of awareness, responsibility, and alignment.

Enriched by reflections on Shakti (feminin lead) Leadership, sustainability, and Jugaad innovation, a frugal, creative approach to problem-solving rooted in doing more with less, the journey wove together personal transformation and practical insight.

Held partly within the timeless walls of Neemrana Fort, the experience offered a space for dialogue, reflection, and collective intelligence, allowing leaders to reconnect with what truly sustains meaningful action: clarity of intention, embodied presence, and service beyond the self.

Leadership Journey - Sweden

Transmission, Generations & Collective Presence

In Sweden, we created a bespoke leadership journey for around forty international leaders, centered on transmission, legacy, and future generations.

This was not a program focused on techniques or performance.
It was an experience rooted in ways of being, rather than ways of doing.

Throughout the journey, familiar actions were gently transformed:

  • Sharing became generosity

  • Exchanging became true dialogue

  • Discovering became openness

  • Exploring became curiosity

  • And even singing became harmony

Working in presence, with authenticity, participants were invited to step into vulnerability: supported by the quiet strength of the collective.

What emerged was simple and powerful: people who found joy in being together, being conected, and being fully themselves.

A living illustration of leadership as a shared human experience: grounded, relational, and deeply alive.

Bespoke Corporate Retreats

Custom-designed offsites and retreats for leadership teams and organisations, held in Provence / French Riviera or elsewhere.

 

These offsites and retreats are:

  • intentionally slow-paced

  • deeply human and relational

  • carefully structured yet spacious

  • designed to foster reflection, connection and strategic clarity

 

They can combine:

  • coaching and facilitated dialogue,

  • reflective practices,

  • silence and nature-based experiences,

  • creative or embodied approaches.

 

Each retreat is designed from scratch, in close dialogue with the client.

At the heart of our work lies the notion of Sanctuary: not as a spiritual concept, but as a conduit to inner space and embodied leadership.

 

A sanctuary is a space where:

  • people feel safe enough to think honestly,

  • true listening becomes possible,

  • complexity is welcomed rather than rushed,

  • decisions can emerge from clarity rather than urgency.

 

And our approach values:

  • presence over performance,

  • depth over speed,

  • quality of attention over quantity of output.

 

This creates conditions for more grounded experiences and reflection, coherent and harmonised teams, and meaningful organisational choices.

 

Working internationally, we regularly work with: international and multicultural leadership teams, multinational companies, founders and executives operating across borders.

 

My personal bilingual and bicultural background allows me to bridge: languages, cultures, leadership styles, and ways of relating.
