Meet our Founder...
Florence Mosnier
Originally from the UK and now based in the South of France, Florence has spent over fifteen years working with leaders, teams and organisations through periods of change, growth and uncertainty.
Her work sits at the intersection of coaching, facilitation and experience design.
She brings people together, asks questions, challenges familiar ways of thinking and creates experiences that invite people to see themselves, each other and the world a little differently.
Endlessly curious about people, cultures and the many ways we learn and grow, Florence draws inspiration from the places she visits, the people she meets and the conversations she encounters along the way.
Working in both English and French, she designs and facilitates experiences in France and internationally, often alongside a diverse network of specialists, artists, facilitators and local partners.
